I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. The outdoors plays such a vital role in mental health for me and many others. As a mental health clinician, ending the stigma surrounding mental illness is important; as a hiker, trail conservation is equally so. I am putting together a team of other, like-minded mental health professionals to come together for this cause. I look forward to seeing you on the trails and in the spaces where we fight to end the stigma. Thank you in advance for any shares or donations!
