Our Mission
HIKE for Mental Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating the suffering of mental illness.
We harness the healing power of hiking to raise awareness of mental illness, foster connection and well-being, support mental health outcomes and research, and preserve the trails that bring people together.
We are volunteer-driven and dependent almost entire on the generosity and talent of our dedicated volunteers for all that we do.
