Dear Friends,
I could not be more excited the upcoming 14th Annual Summit Mt Washington. This event and the causes we support hold deep personal significance for me. As someone who has experienced the profound impact of mental health struggles, I believe that research and awareness are crucial steps toward healing and support.
Moreover, my love for the outdoors and the solace I’ve found in nature’s beauty have instilled in me a passion for natures and its conservation.
By combining these two passions, HIKE for Mental Health has offered me a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference. I’m honored to be a part of this community, working together to break down stigmas, advance research, and preserve the natural spaces that bring us peace and tranquility.
Please consider supporting me in the upcoming Summit Mt Washington, hosted by HIKE for Mental Health.
With sincere thanks,
Mark Langdon
