Important info for your Cucumber Falls hike for mental health

NAME_OF_HIKER,

Just two weeks until your hike for mental health, sponsored by Pennsylvania Western University at California’s Student Counseling Association! Hike organizer Rebecca Regeth is looking forward to seeing you there!

With a week to go, the hike is on its way to reach its $1,000 fundraising goal. If you would like to be part of the fundraising effort (or want to get the awesome HIKE for Mental Health shirt!) and you haven’t shared your hike page yet, please give it a go! Every penny we raise will go toward brain & behavior research and trail conservancy.

Here is some important information you need to prepare for the hike.
