In memory of my son, Ezra, who loved the outdoors and struggled with a mental illness, I chose to join  HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness, raise research funds and conserve wilderness trails.

I will be hiking at the Oregon Ridge Park on Sunday October 26th at 10:00 am.  The hike will be about 2 miles a take about 60-90 minutes.  If you are interested in joining me, please let me know.
