As an avid hiker, the trail has always been more than just a place to explore—it’s been a sanctuary. Nature has a way of quieting the noise, grounding me in the present, and helping me find clarity during life’s hardest moments. Hiking has been a powerful part of my own journey toward healing, and it continues to play a vital role in maintaining my mental well-being.
But my connection to this cause goes deeper than personal experience. I’ve faced my own battles with mental health and have witnessed the devastating toll it can take. I’ve also lost loved ones to this invisible illness—losses that continue to weigh heavily on my heart.
That’s why I’m choosing to turn my miles into meaning. Through this fundraising effort, I hope to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and support those who are struggling. Every step I take on the trail is in honor of those we’ve lost, those still fighting, and the belief that no one should walk this path alone.
Thank you for supporting a cause that means so much to me—and to so many others. Help me in supporting so many that struggle by donating to my 2nd annual hike on Mount Washington with HIKE for Mental Health . Any donation is appreciated, as is sharing this page, your story, or simply being a friend to someone who is struggling with mental health.
