This will be my 9th HIKE for Mental Health—and my 12th summit of Mount Washington overall. With every step, I’m raising awareness and funds to support mental health research and trail preservation. This cause is incredibly close to my heart, and I hike to honor the strength, resilience, and struggles that often go unseen.
HIKE for Mental Health directs 100% of donations to non-profit research and trail organizations, so every dollar you give goes directly to making a difference.
If you’re able, please consider supporting my hike. Whether it’s $5 or $50, your donation helps break the stigma around mental illness and protects the trails that bring us peace and perspective.
