During the month of October, I’ll be hiking the Page/Lake Powell area as part of HIKE for Mental Health. The trail has always been a place of peace, reflection, and renewal for me, and I’m hiking so others can find that same hope and healing. As a veteran who has faced my own mental health challenges, I understand how heavy invisible battles can be and how important it is to find a path toward healing. There is no minimum donation, and if you’re unable to give, sharing this page is another meaningful way to support the cause. Thank you for joining me on this journey and for helping make a difference in the lives of those affected by mental illness. See you on the trails.
