Come and join us on the 6th year of hike in collaboration with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. Join us as we spend an Autumn day hiking in the hills of Heidelberg, talking about mental health, sharing stories, getting a workout and spreading joy.
There is something quietly powerful about stepping into nature together. Nature slows us down just enough to notice what is around us — and who is beside us. The simple act of sharing a path, pausing at the same view, or walking in comfortable silence with others is more restorative than it might seem. Community, like nature, is one of the most underrated sources of strength we have. Let’s walk together, be present — with the landscape, and with the people next to us. Sometimes healing just needs fresh air, a good path, and the right company.
