Friends—
As I prepare for my 9th Summit of Mt. Washington, hosted by HIKE for Mental Health, I find myself reflecting on just how meaningful this journey has become. What started years ago as a physical challenge has grown into something far deeper—a reminder of resilience, hope, and the power of showing up for ourselves and one another.

Each step up that mountain represents the uphill battles so many face every day with their mental health. It’s humbling, grounding, and energizing all at once. The community that gathers around this hike—people willing to push their limits, share their stories, and support a cause bigger than themselves—continues to inspire me year after year.

I’m grateful to HIKE for Mental Health for creating space where movement meets meaning, and where conversations about mental health are not just encouraged, but celebrated. I’m heading into this summit with gratitude for how far we’ve come, and hope for how much farther we can go together.

Thank you for being part of the encouragement behind my climb. It truly matters.
