Hey everyone, I’m Alyssa, Miss Plymouth County Massachusetts Teen, and I’m thrilled to share part of my pageant platform with you!

As many of you know, I’m passionate about mental health awareness and trail conservation. These two causes are close to my heart, and I believe they’re interconnected in many ways.

Mental health awareness is something I’m deeply committed to. I’ve seen firsthand the impact mental health can have on individuals and families. By sharing my own experiences and listening to others, I hope to help break down stigmas surrounding mental health and encourage people to prioritize their well-being.

Trail conservation is another passion of mine. As an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, I’ve had the privilege of exploring some of the most beautiful trails in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and the Adirondacks.

But I also recognize the importance of preserving these natural spaces for future generations. By supporting trail conservation efforts, we can protect ecosystems, promote sustainable recreation, and preserve the mental health benefits that come with spending time in nature.

That’s why I’m proud to be raising funds with HIKE for Mental Health, an incredible organization that supports mental health research and trail conservation. Through my platform, I aim to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and trail conservation, while also promoting the amazing work of HIKE for Mental Health.

Thanks for joining me on this journey, and I look forward to sharing more about my adventures and the incredible work of HIKE for Mental Health!
