I decided to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health because I believe in the importance of reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness. Having faced my own struggles, I understand how vital it is to support one another. I’m also passionate about preserving our beautiful wilderness trails. If you feel moved to help, I would greatly appreciate any donations, messages of support, or sharing of this page. Thank you for considering it. Your kindness can make a difference.
